Our hearts can be kept healthy by eating well, taking exercise and not smoking.  For people who are unfit, these lifestyle changes can prevent heart disease.   Walking is one form of exercise which can improve your health, and can also be enjoyable if you’re near any of London’s many green and open spaces.
