#zerobullyinginworkplaces a campaign to be set up to stop victimisation from management & staff they should not be allowed to bully others.
I work for the NHS I know from experience how it feels to be bullied by management and from colleagues who feel they can get away with it, people who have bullied and families of those who I have spoken to have been through heartache because they have kept silent and suffered in silence as they have no one to talk too not even management who are involved as well.
Well enough is enough bullying has left a detrimental impact on my life and others from having anxiety and sleeplessness and loss of appetite, even hairloss and leads to all sorts of mental health issues, while the bullies sit back and get away with it.
I'm going to set up a campaign called #zerobullyinginworkplaces
I'm doing it for all those people who are
not able to speak up or contemplating suicide.
All we want is to go to work and do the job we love in harmony and happiness and not endure pain...
I want The Mayor of London to back me up!
